A little more about what I offer.

While I am trained in a range of evidence-based treatments, therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Not everyone fits neatly into a specific treatment model, and our work together will be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. I draw from a variety of approaches to create a collaborative, thoughtful process that supports meaningful and sustainable change.

Speciality Areas

Trauma & PTSD Therapy

Past traumatic experiences can continue to shape how we feel, relate, and move through the world long after they’ve ended. Therapy can offer a steady, supportive space to process what you’ve been through, reduce the ongoing impact of trauma, and build a stronger sense of safety and connection.

Treatment approaches include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for PTSD (ACT for PTSD)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)

  • STAIR (Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation)

LGBTQIA+ Therapy

I provide LGBTQ+-affirming care that honors and supports your identity and lived experience. Many LGBTQ+ individuals navigate unique stressors, including minority stress, discrimination, homophobia, and transphobia, which can impact emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of safety. Therapy can offer a supportive space to process these experiences, explore identity, and strengthen connection to yourself and others. My goal is to create a space where all parts of your identity are respected, affirmed, and supported.

Services & treatment approaches include:

  • LGBTQ+-affirming Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Gender-affirming care

  • Letters of support for gender-affirming medical treatment

Mood Concerns

Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm can make everyday life feel heavier and more difficult to navigate. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful and sustainable change.

Treatment approaches include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy–informed skills (DBT)

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

Relationships Concerns

Relationships can be a source of deep connection as well as stress, uncertainty, and emotional pain. Many people find themselves navigating communication challenges, recurring patterns, boundary concerns, or shifts in relationships that leave them feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

In individual therapy, we’ll explore your relationship experiences with curiosity and care—looking at patterns, attachment dynamics, and the ways past experiences may shape how you relate to others today. Alongside this insight-oriented work, I offer practical skills to help strengthen communication, improve relationships, and navigate conflict while maintaining self-respect and staying aligned with your values.

Treatment approaches include:

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Disordered Eating & Body Concerns

I work with individuals experiencing body image concerns and non-acute eating disorders appropriate for outpatient care, including binge eating and bulimia. These concerns are often connected to deeper emotional experiences, cultural messages about worth and appearance, and patterns that can feel difficult to shift alone.

Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand these patterns and develop a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with your body and with food. Together, we focus on building practical skills, increasing self-awareness, and supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Treatment approach:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E)

  • Health at Every Size® (HAES)-informed care

Life Transitions

Life transitions can bring both possibility and uncertainty. Periods of change—such as entering parenthood, navigating pregnancy or postpartum adjustment, career shifts, evolving relationships, or retirement—can impact how we see ourselves and move through the world.

Therapy offers a space to reflect, process, and adjust during these moments of change. Together, we can explore the emotional and practical challenges that transitions bring, strengthen coping and support systems, and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Treatment approaches include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
