Session Fees

Initial 90-minute intake appointment: $295
Ongoing 53–60 minute psychotherapy sessions: $250
Eating disorder treatment sessions: $275
Gender-affirming assessments and letters of support: $250

If cost is a barrier, please feel free to reach out. I reserve a limited number of sliding-fee therapy appointments and pro bono gender-affirming letter appointments and am happy to discuss current availability.

Insurance & Payment

I am currently an out-of-network provider, which means you pay for sessions directly at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, including reimbursement rates and deductible information. Visit my FAQ page for questions you may want to ask your insurance.

I am in the process of becoming paneled with select insurance plans and will update my website as this changes.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. I understand that unexpected situations can arise and offer a one-time grace for late cancellations or missed appointments.
