Session Fees

Initial 90-minute intake appointment: $295
Ongoing 53–60 minute psychotherapy sessions: $250
Eating disorder treatment sessions: $275
Gender-affirming assessments and letters of support: $250

If cost is a barrier, please feel free to reach out. I reserve a limited number of sliding-fee therapy appointments and pro bono gender-affirming letter appointments and am happy to discuss current availability.

Insurance & Payment

I am currently in-network with:

• Regence BlueCross BlueShield
• TRICARE
• VA Community Care Network (CCN) — with VA authorization/referral

Credentialing is currently in progress with:

• Moda Health
• PacificSource
• UnitedHealthcare
• Aetna

Please note that insurance coverage cannot be billed as in-network until credentialing and contracting are complete. If you are interested in starting services using one of the plans listed above, please reach out for the most current status.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits to help cover the cost of therapy. Payment is due at the time of service, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I have also partnered with Mentaya to make using out-of-network benefits easier. You can use the Mentaya tool to check your benefits and get an estimate of how much your insurance may reimburse for sessions with me.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged a $50 fee. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, so I offer a one-time grace for a late cancellation or missed appointment.
